Following on from yesterday’s post ‘Think Before You Buy’, I thought I would share some more information on the intelligence of animals. It doesn’t make sense to me that some animals are considered pets and some are considered food, because these animals deserve to live just as much as any cat or dog does.

I found a good article which explains the intelligence of cows, sheep, chickens, goats and pigs. From One Green Planet (http://www.onegreenplanet.org/animalsandnature/farm-animals-that-are-probably-smarter-than-your-dog/):
