Arturo Elizondo, CEO of Clara Foods shares what it takes to build a sustainable ingredients biotech company that is making the world’s first animal-free egg white. Clara leverages advances in fermentation technology to bring an egg white to the table that is far more sustainable, humane, and completely free of salmonella.

Prior to joining Clara Foods, Arturo worked under Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the investment bank Credit Suisse.
